The room is well presented and equipped with a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The bed is very clean. Very good service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi.

The room was decent size and functional with the showers as well as a huge balcony with a table as expected. Location: the hotel was near to working farm, the butty shop and Mount Enta volcano.

The rooms here are spacious and nicely decorated, some offering views of Mount Etna and equipped with a large balcony.

The staff are wonderful: friendly, helpful,professional. The hotel is absolutely first class and the location absolutely stunning.

The family room is modern and comes equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a TV; there is also a lovely outdoor restaurant available during your stay.

The friendliness of the staff was wonderful and they couldn't have done more to help us with every request we had, organistaion of trips, restaurant bookings, directions etc. The hotel is simple, clean and comfortable and the pool and surrounding area are lovely with smart sun loungers and sunshades and beautiful views of Etna and the countryside. We enjoyed the optional dinner on a few evenings and the food was great and typically Sicilian and you are also able to have lunch at the hotel by the pool which is relaxed and very good value.

The local town is lacking in amenities and restaurants and so you have to drive a little way if you want to eat out.

The pool was nice and large but not cleaned on a regular basis.

The rooms are nicely decorated and well-appointed with a huge terrace and a balcony overlooking Etna. the breakfast is well prepared with delicious homemade cake and appetising food.

Very peaceful location with great views of Etna and Taormina. The accommodation was better than our expectations and would be a good place to chill out.

Really need car to visit nearby beaches, Taormina and Etna. (which we had, but driving in Sicily is not for the faint hearted).

Fantstic surroundings and very efficient and friendly staff.

Evening meal was self service buffet, not to our taste.We prefer to have an a la carte menu and service when on holiday

The view of Etna from our bedroom was quite breathtaking - once the clouds had disappeared over the first two days. The orientation of the room to view the volcano was exactly what we had asked for. on arrival we aske dif a quick lunch could be provided and despite the fact it was beyond their norla deadline for such requests we were presented with a beatiful meal of fresh local produce.
